Holly Tilton Byrne is the Director of Human Resources for the SDSU Foundation. She is the fourth generation of her family to live in the Brookings community and is proud of her South Dakota roots. In 2009, Holly graduated from South Dakota State University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2018, she worked for a statewide non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening local food systems. She currently serves as a Brookings City Council Member and a board member for the Brookings Domestic Abuse Shelter. In her free time, Holly can be found cheering loudly at SDSU sporting events, digging in her garden, and spending time with her husband, their three children, and their dog Murray.
