Rachel is the Development Director for the College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions, joining the team in June 2024. She brings a unique background to her role, blending extensive experience in sales and customer relationship management with a previous career as a registered dietitian. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from North Dakota State University and a Master of Science in Dietetics from South Dakota State University. She loves cooking, exploring the outdoors, and staying active in the community. Rachel and her husband, Dave, along with their three children, love spending time at Dakota Nature Park.
