Tom is the Development Director for the Jerome J. Lohr College of Engineering. The Humboldt, SD native earned a B.S. in Agricultural Engineering from South Dakota State University in 1981. Prior to joining the Foundation, Tom worked with Daktronics (Brookings, SD) focusing on business development, sales and sales management activities for this South Dakota-based company. Tom and his wife, Kay, met while both were SDSU students. They have two children, Sam and Elise, and live in Brookings. When they're not busy connecting with other Jackrabbit alums, you'll find Tom and Kay taking advantage of the wide-ranging activities SDSU offers.
